Do I need a real estate licence?
No. You're not acting as an agent or broker. You're acquiring sites as a representative, working directly with property owners to secure development opportunities before they hit the market.
Can I do this part-time?
Absolutely. Many site acquisition specialists work around their existing jobs. The system is designed to fit a few hours a week, with most of your time spent canvassing the LGA you're allocated.
How does the profit share work?
When you acquire a site that we develop or on-sell, you receive 11% of the net profit on that project. Average sites generate $500K-$1M+ profit, so a single acquisition can pay $55K-$110K+.
What if I have no property experience?

What areas can I work in?
